Jenny bring a depth and breadth of experience, implementing strategies to maximize profit, reduce cost, manage risks, and improve customer experience.
Jenny worked for IBM - PWC, Oracle and CGI supporting over 250 clients of varying sizes across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Jenny's areas of expertise include: strategic planning, business planning, change & transformation and programme/ project management. Jenny expertise is supported by current MBA thinking as a part time lecturer on a MBA and MSc programme.
Jenny studied at the Universities of Cambridge, London Business School and the University of Reading.
Over 40-year post-graduate career, holding diverse leadership and management consulting roles, across sectors of which 19 years is as a Management Consultant specialising in value/ performance management.
Roger grew the latter proposition, ‘Value Management’, into a core service offering, generating £ multi million in revenue for CGI. He honed the approach on over 100 applications spanning virtually all public and private sectors and trained numerous people.
Roger successfully completed a scholarship research PhD in Value Management with the University of Bristol, awarded in March 2021.
Roger is also a Master Practitioner in NLP and Archetypal Branding and delivers executive Breakthrough Coaching.

Gary has worked for a range of companies, including: JP Morgan, Barclays Wealth, Citi bank, Deutsche bank and Threadneedle Investment.
Gary's technical expertise is supported by a MBA in Technology and Finance.
